FAQ's
Guelph Fitness Boot Camp FAQ's to Fitness Expert Dale
Andrew
Q. What's in it for me? What can Boot camp do for me?
A. The goals are simple: health and fitness. The 2-hour Boot Camp
will do nothing but make you sweat (a lot) if your effort stops when
the Boot Camp ends. But, if you implement the lessons you're taught and
commit to following the 4-week fat loss workout, you can expect to
experience physical benefits including fat loss, muscle strength and
tone, strong heart and lungs, increased endurance and stamina.
In addition, you can expect an increase in self-confidence youthful
appearance, well being, positive attitude, and increased energy.
Q. Who is Boot Camp for?
Do you change programs?
Q. What do I need to bring to
Boot Camp?
A. A good pair of running shoes
is a must. You may want to bring a towel. Rather than making you pay
$2 for bottled WATER like most Guelph gyms, I'll supply it to you
FREE. And of course, you should ALWAYS bring a positive "CANDO"
attitude!
Q. What is your fitness background?
A. At the age of thirteen I became
interested in exercise beyond the "play" level. This
interest quickly developed into my passion, and now 17 years later, it
is easy to say that peak performance has been my unwavering life-long
pursuit. I have experienced human movement as a
competitive athlete in junior hockey, soccer, and kickboxing, and as
the founder of CANDOlife.
Along with my hands-on experience, I pursued the science behind the craft and earned a Masters degree in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario. And now, as a certified fitness professional, I specialize in helping busy professionals maximize fat loss in minimum time.
Q. Dale, how long will I hate you?
A. Most new recruits hate me for the first couple of weeks or so.
I'm used to this! Hopefully, after that, you'll be able to tolerate me
better. Seriously, the workouts are challenging and you'll be sore for
a few days. This is good and normal. Just stay at it and don't quit!!!
Q.
How often is Guelph Fitness Boot Camp offered?
A. "Operation Get Fit" is an on-going operation! Each
month, a new Boot Camp is offered.
