how to get it:

 

  1. Purchase the Individual Monthly Program Design service by clicking on one of the links at the bottom of this page. You will immediately receive an email with all the relevant instructions, including the appropriate contact details.
  2. Fill out the required Client Info Sheet (you will receive a link to this in the email). Upon receipt of this information, the program design process will begin immediately. We will begin an initial assessment of your needs and a preliminary program design. We will then contact you with further instructions.
  3. If you prepay, billing is easy. You'll be billed up front. If you pay monthly, you'll be on a recurring billing cycle, billed every 30 days after signing up. At the end of the four-month coaching period, you will have the option of ending our relationship or continuing with us. At this time you may continue on the monthly billing cycle or you can opt for a prepaid time period. At the end of your 4-month tenure, you may cancel the service at any time by giving 30 days written (or email) notice.
